WetPod

One-Piece GRP Bathroom Pod

WetPod is a factory-built bathroom module. The floor, walls and shower tray are moulded as a single GRP piece, so there are no joints, no grout and no silicone lines for water to get through.

Size and design are tailored to each project. Every pod is fitted out, plumbed and tested in the factory, then delivered to site ready to use.

WetPod is developed for hotels and residences, student accommodation, hospitals, residential developments and workforce camps, where fast, clean installation and a long service life matter.

What Is WetPod?

WetPod is a complete bathroom delivered as one unit. Floor, walls and ceiling come from a single mould, so the shell has no seams where water or dirt can collect.

Sanitaryware, brassware and furniture are installed in the factory. On site, the pod is craned into place and connected to water, drainage and power. No wet trades are needed on site.

One Shell, Five Layers

  • Separate roof panel: fitted on site, gives top access to services.
  • One-piece GRP shell: floor, walls and ceiling from one mould, gloss gelcoat finish.
  • Interior and fit-out: sanitaryware, brassware and furniture installed in the factory.
  • Integral shower tray: falls moulded in, no step, slip-resistant finish.
  • Galvanised steel subframe: levelling, transport and crane lifting points.

Same shell, different character. The images below are example concepts. Every pod is built to the project in size, layout and interior design, with wood, travertine and marble finishes specified to your brand.

Off-Grid Option

The off-grid WetPod is the same GRP pod with its own water, power and heating built in. Water and electrics sit in separate insulated compartments, so no mains connection is needed.

Built-in systems include a fresh water tank, a pump and pressure system, a grey water tank, a waterless composting toilet, a lithium battery bank, an inverter charger with breaker panel, a 12V water heater and a roof ventilation fan.

It suits remote sites, workforce camps, events, glamping and emergency use. Tank capacities and power output are specified per project.
